These are the terms and conditions of services provided by Platinum Business Teams

Effective 01 June 2026

1. Website Terms of Service

1.1 Use License

Platinum Business Teams ("PBT," "we," "us," "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this website (platinumbusinessteams.com) and all content thereon (the "Website"), subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

·         Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from this Website for any purpose without express written permission

·         Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Website or its content

·         Reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or mechanisms of any part of the Website

·         Remove or modify any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Website

·         Use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms

·         Access the Website through automated means (scraping, bots, spiders) without permission

·         Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any restricted areas of the Website

·         Harass, abuse, or harm other users

·         Collect or track personal information of other users

·         Interfere with the normal functioning of the Website or its security features

·         Frame or mirror the Website without permission

·         Use the Website to transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature

1.3 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Platinum Business Teams or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use any Content without express written permission from Platinum Business Teams. Any unauthorized use of the Content is a violation of these terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

1.4 User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or display content on the Website (including via comments, forms, or submissions), you grant Platinum Business Teams a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute that content and use your image or name with that.

You represent and warrant that:

·         You own or have the right to use all user-generated content

·         The content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

·         The content is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful

·         You have obtained any necessary consents or permissions

1.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Platinum Business Teams does not warrant that:

·         The Website will be uninterrupted or error-free

·         Defects will be corrected

·         The Website is free of viruses or harmful components

·         Results from using the Website will meet your expectations

1.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATINUM BUSINESS TEAMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The total liability of Platinum Business Teams for any claim arising from this Website shall not exceed AUD$125.

1.7 Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Platinum Business Teams is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

1.8 Changes to Website

Platinum Business Teams reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part thereof at any time without notice or liability.

1.9 Unauthorized Access

If you gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, or believe a security breach has occurred, contact us immediately at info@platinumbusinessteams.com.

2. General Service Terms and Conditions

It is important for us to work together with integrity, it is important for us to hold all our conversations in confidence.  All discussions are conducted with privacy and all information shared will be kept confidential.  Your personal details will not be forwarded to any other parties than our own brands. Platinum Business Teams will not, at any time, disclose to any third party any information that is identified as confidential by the Client.  Platinum Business Teams will treat such information and treat it as strictly confidential.  This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. 

2.1 Service Guidelines
Our team has knowledge and experience with various businesses and carrying out various tasks, following a few different Methodologies, Frameworks and Systems.  We are working along side you, assisting you to reap the rewards of this service, it does require your active involvement, as outlined in the Your Commitments section of this Agreement.
This service has pre-determined objectives, as set out in the inclusions part of this agreement. There is no Coaching or Mentoring involved in this service.

If you do require Coaching or Mentoring you can engage Tara separately (or request for it to be added to your package of services), or someone else as your regular coach or arrange some adhoc sessions with Tara on this link.

We only work with people who are committed. There is no grace or leeway for people who don’t want to or won’t get into serious action and who don’t want to move forward.  If you don’t do what you say you’re going to do things will not work out well for your business, you may be penalised or may cease (stop) providing services to you.

2.2 Service Provision

Platinum Business Teams is a service outsourcing and consulting business. We provide services including but not limited to:

·         Strategy consulting and framework development

·         Facebook ads management

·         Operational system design

·         Implementation guidance and support

2.3 Team Assignment

Platinum Business Teams may designate one or more team members to fulfill service needs. We reserve the right to change personnel based on Client needs and availability.

For dedicated team members (single-person assignments), we will provide 7 days' notice prior to any changes.

2.4 Service Scope

The scope of services is defined in:

1.       1. The signed Proposal document, OR

2.       2. The Service Terms specific to your engagement (e.g., Facebook Ads Service Terms)

Any work outside the defined scope will be quoted separately before commencement.

2.5 Cooling Off Period

Either party may elect not to proceed with the agreement without penalty or consequence within 3 calendar days of signing.

To exercise this right, written notice must be provided to the other party.

Upon receipt of notice:

·         All liabilities and responsibilities end immediately

·         No fees are due (except for work already completed)

·         All materials revert to Platinum Business Teams

2.6 Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

·         Provide timely, accurate information and access to systems

·         Respond to requests within 2 business days (or timeframe specified)

·         Make decisions promptly to avoid project delays

·         Assume responsibility for final review and proofreading

·         Grant necessary access to websites, accounts, and systems

·         Ensure all provided information is legal and not infringing any regulations

3. Privacy Policy and Confidentiality

3.1 Confidentiality Commitment

Platinum Business Teams treats all Client information with strict confidentiality. All discussions and information shared are held in confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.

3.2 Information We Collect

Platinum Business Teams may collect the following categories of information:

·         Contact Information - Name, email, phone, business address

·         Business Information - Business name, industry, revenue, structure, team size, current systems, processes, challenges, goals, customer data, financial information for analysis

·         Communication Records - Emails, notes, call records, workshop recordings (with consent)

·         Technical Information - IP address, browser type, device information, website usage via analytics tools

3.3 How We Use Your Information

Platinum Business Teams uses information for:

·         Service Delivery

·         Communication

·         Invoicing and Payments

·         Legal Compliance

·         Analytics

·         Marketing

·         Improvement

3.4 Data Sharing

Platinum Business Teams will NOT share information outside of our organisations / brands except:

·         With Your Consent

·         Service Providers (under confidentiality agreements)

·         Legal Requirements

·         Business Transfer (with notice)

We do not sell or trade Client data.

3.5 Client Obligation to Protect Platinum Business Teams IP

Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information regarding Platinum Business Teams operations, methods, tools, or systems. This obligation continues for 1 year after agreement termination and is also binding on employees and subcontractors.

3.6 Data Security

Platinum Business Teams employs reasonable security measures:

·         Encrypted email and file transfers (using Microsoft or Google services)

·         Password-protected access

·         Limited staff access

·         Secure storage of financial records

·         Secure storage of your user details on local instances of Keepass XC

You are responsible for security of credentials provided to us.

3.7 Data Breach Notification

If a data breach is identified, we will notify affected parties within 30 days with remediation guidance.

3.8 Data Retention

·         During Engagement - All project data and communications retained

·         Post-Engagement - Data retained for 7 years (tax/legal requirements), then securely deleted

·         Client Request - You may request deletion with 30 days notice

Client files stored 2 years from completion. Electronic files available on request at AUD $4.40 per GB. After 2 years, files may be erased.

3.9 Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

·         Access - Request a copy of information

·         Correction - Request correction of inaccurate data

·         Deletion - Request deletion of personal data

·         Opt-Out - Unsubscribe from marketing

·         Portability - Request data in transferable format

3.10 Marketing Communications

We may inform you about services and products we believe may benefit you. Unsubscribe anytime by clicking "Unsubscribe" in Emails.

4. Cookie Policy

4.1 What Are Cookies?

5. Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

5.1 No Guarantee of Results

Platinum Business Teams provides strategic guidance and tactical support. We do NOT guarantee:

·         Revenue, income, or business growth

·         Lead generation or sales metrics

·         Specific cost-per-lead or conversion rates

·         Market response or customer behavior

·         Profitability or business success

Your results depend on - Implementation quality, Market conditions, Product/service quality, Customer demand, Macroeconomic factors and many other factors.

5.2 As-Is Services

Services are provided "AS-IS" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PLATINUM BUSINESS TEAMS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, INDIRECT DAMAGE, OR LOSSES EXCEEDING FEES PAID (CAPPED AT AUD $5,000).

5.4 Indemnification

Client indemnifies Platinum Business Teams from claims arising from:

·         False or inaccurate information provided

·         Failure to implement recommendations correctly

·         Violation of applicable laws

·         Product or service quality issues

·         Use of recommendations in unauthorized ways

5.5 Professional Opinion

Platinum Business Teams provides professional opinions and strategic recommendations based on years of experience and available information. These are not guarantees. Platinum Business Teams is not a financial, tax, legal, or medical advisor.

5.6 Client Assumption of Risk

Client assumes all risk related to implementing recommendations, making business decisions, and outcomes of strategies.

6. Guarantees, Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 Service Guarantee
Please be aware if you don’t complete your Agreed Actions or requirements by the due dates, the outcomes will not be met according to the original schedule.  If this happens, it often has a cumulative effect of considerably slowing or halting the progress of meeting the goals, desired outcome or agreed deliverables of this service.  It also results in dissatisfaction for both you and your team members and our team members. 

If you are not not happy with anything delivered or any part of our services, we are willing to change it, even if it means it is less efficient or less effective or the results will not be as designed. If it is less efficient for us there may be additional costs involved.
We intend to deliver to meet your desired outcomes to the best of our abilities and based on our vast knowledge and experience. If we don't meet your expectations, where we can, we will remedy what is in our control to gain the best results for you.

6.2 Cooling Off Period (3 Days)

You have the right to cancel within 3 calendar days of signing without penalty.

To cancel-

·         Provide written notice to info@platinumbusinessteams.com

·         State the reason for cancellation

·         Provide any evidence for these reasons

·         State the cancellation date

Effect - All liabilities end immediately, no fees due (except work completed), materials revert to Platinum Business Teams.

6.3 After Cooling Off Period

After the 3-day cooling off period fees are non-refundable, these include:

·         Strategy investment fees

·         Setup fees

·         Initial deposits

6.4 Outcome-Based Services

·         Completed deliverables - No refund

·         Incomplete due to Client non-engagement, no response or late response - No refund

·         Incomplete due to Platinum Business Teams failure - Partial refund available

6.5 Ongoing Service Plans

Monthly fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Cancel with 30 days notice after initial term.

No refund of pre-paid fees for remaining months of an agreed term.

6.6 Refund Request (Service Failure)

Submit written request within 30 days including:

·         Specific description of undelivered service

·         Dates and evidence

·         What you're seeking (refund vs. additional work)

We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Refund Options Provided, if any - Partial refund, Additional work at no cost, Service credit.

6.7 No Refund for Outcome Misses

We do NOT offer refunds if ads don't generate expected leads, sales don't increase, or market doesn't respond. These are outcome-related, not service failures.

7. Facebook Ads Service Terms

7.1 Scope of Service

Platinum Business Teams provides Facebook / Instagram ads management including:

·         Market research and audience analysis

·         Campaign strategy and hypothesis development

·         Ad creative development and testing

·         Campaign setup and optimisation

·         Weekly performance monitoring

·         Monthly strategic reporting

·         Ongoing campaign optimisation and scaling

7.2 What We Don't Include

Platinum Business Teams does NOT provide:

·         Video or image production (unless specified)

·         Landing page design (unless specified)

·         Copywriting beyond ad copy

·         Revenue or outcome guarantees

·         24/7 support or real-time notifications

·         Facebook Page content management

·         Website management

7.3 Ad Spend Payment - IMPORTANT

Clients pay ad spend directly to Facebook, not through Platinum Business Teams.

Platinum Business Teams bills management fees separately.

Client maintains control and can pause ads anytime.

7.4 Minimum Engagement Terms

Minimum Commitment - 4 months (Month 1 research / setup; Months 2-4 testing/optimisation)

Early Exit: No penalty after month 4 with 30 days written notice

7.5 Facebook Compliance

Platinum Business Teams commits to:

·         Ensuring compliance with Facebook Advertising Policies

·         Monitoring for disapprovals and appealing appropriately

·         Flagging restricted/prohibited content before launch

·         Maintaining account health

Client understands Facebook reserves right to refuse ads and some disapprovals may be outside our control.

7.6 Conversion Tracking

Client must allow Platinum Business Teams to install/test Pixel, configure conversion events, and optimise based on performance. Tracking is mandatory.

7.7 Facebook Account Ownership

Client owns the ad account. Platinum Business Teams manages it on the Client's behalf. Client receives read-only access and sees all data in real-time.

7.8 Performance Expectations

·         We Guarantee: Professional management, Weekly optimisation, Transparent reporting, Systematic testing, 2 business day response

·         We Don't Guarantee: Specific Cost Per Lead (CPL) / conversion rates, Revenue / sales outcomes, Specific ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), Market / competitor actions

7.9 Phases of Engagement

·         Phase 1 Research (Days 1-7) - Personalised Strategy Creation. Customer interviews, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, hypothesis, setup

·         Phase 2 Testing (Days 8-30) - Launch variations, collect data (50+ conversions), kill underperformers, optimise

·         Phase 3+ Scaling (Month 2+) - Scale winners systematically, test new angles, maintain optimization, monthly reporting

7.10 Service Continuation Options (beyond the first 4 months)

·         Phase 1 Research (Days 1-7) - Personalised Strategy Creation. Customer interviews, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, hypothesis, setup

·         Phase 2 Testing (Days 8-30) - Launch variations, collect data (50+ conversions), kill underperformers, optimise

·         Phase 3+ Scaling (Month 2+) - Scale winners systematically, test new angles, maintain optimization, monthly reporting

7.11 Ad Copy and Creative Revisions

Inclusions:

·         2 ad copy revision rounds a month

·         Monthly targeting adjustments

·         Limited strategic direction

À La Carte menu options for additional requirements / requests:
·         Additional copy - $53 each ad

·         Images - $44 each

·         ≤30sec Video - $80 each

·         Landing page $350 each

·         New Audience segments $260 each

·         Competitive analysis $530 each

7.12 Data and Reporting

·         Weekly - Performance snapshot (spend, leads, cost, CTR)

·         Monthly - Strategic report (what worked, learnings, recommendations)

·         Real-time - Read-only Ads Manager access

7.13 Termination of Facebook Ads Service

Upon termination - Campaigns paused / stopped, all data provided, Facebook account remains Client's property, handoff approach and framework documentation provided.

8. Payment and Billing Terms

8.1 Fee basis

We charge based on deliverables and outcomes, not based on hours taken.

For example Objectives or Projects have set inclusions, for which fees for the objective(s) and deliverables over a set time frame.

Fees payable are stated in our correspondence with you and are binding.

8.2 Proposal and Acceptance

Upon acceptance:

1.       Client authorises the fees listed on the Proposal

2.       Initial payment (for example - any strategy + setup fees) is due immediately

3.       Work commences upon payment receipt

8.3 Invoice and Payment Schedule

·         Monthly Services - Invoices sent approximately 15th and / or 30th of month, due within 7 days

·         Project Services - Deposit on acceptance, 1 or 2 progress payments and final payment on delivery

·         Early Payment - Pay in advance for discount (noted on invoice)

8.4 Payment Methods

Stripe (credit / debit card), Direct deposit (bank transfer), Credit card (via invoice)

8.5 Currency

All fees in Australian Dollars (AU$), unless otherwise requested or stated. International Clients - Conversions at current rate (Client bears costs) via your payment processor / credit .

8.6 Late Payment Consequences

·         7-14 Days Late - 12.5% p.a. interest accrues daily

·         14+ Days Late - Interest continues, services suspended, AU$53 per month collection fee

·         30+ Days Late - Interest continues, right to discontinue services, report to credit agencies, pursue legal collection

·         Failed Payments - AU$53 penalty per incident

8.7 Outstanding Balance Policy

Services suspended for 14+ day overdue balances. If >1 month late, all future services prepayment only.

8.8 Prepayment Policy

For high-risk accounts or after late payment(s), Platinum Business Teams may require 100% prepayment or monthly prepayment.

8.9 Scope Variation Fees

Out-of-scope work is quoted separately. No work commences until Client accepts and pays.

Typical rates vary depending on the outcome - AUD $170–$520 per hour.

9. Data Processing and Retention

9.1 Data You Provide

You may provide: Customer lists, Analytics data, Financial information, Competitor data, Ad performance, Personal information.

9.2 Data Processing for Facebook Ads

You authorise us to:

·         Install/manage Facebook Pixel

·         Collect conversion / visitor data

·         Create audiences

·         Retarget visitors

·         Track performance

You warrant:

·         Customer/visitor consent

·         Privacy Policy discloses tracking

·         Compliance with Facebook terms

9.3 Data Retention Schedule

During engagement:

·         All project data

·         Communications

·         Performance records retained

Post engagement:

·         Financial 7 years

·         Project files 2yr

·         Client materials 2yr

·         FB data indefinitely

After engagement:

·         Securely deleted

·         copies on request (AU$4.40 per GB)

9.4 Data Breach Response

Investigation immediate, notification within 30 days, details on breach / timing / steps / recommendations.

10. Difficulties, Complaints or Disputes

If your team member(s) ever say or does anything that you don’t feel comfortable with, or if you have any concern with the way they are working, please let them know as soon as possible.  For our work together to be effective, you have to be completely honest with your team members and they will always be completely honest with you.

10.1 Good Faith Negotiation

Before formal resolution:

·         Discuss issue directly in good faith

·         14 days for resolution discussion

·         Involve decision-makers from both sides

10.2 Mediation

If unresolved within 14 days:

·         Either party may initiate mediation

·         Mediator selected by agreement

·         Costs split equally (typically AU$800–$2,600)

·         Conducted in Australian Capital Territory

·         Up to 3 sessions or agreed timeframe

10.3 Legal Action

If mediation fails - Legal proceedings may pursue. Jurisdiction is inAustralian Capital Territory.

10.4 Limitation Period

Claims must be brought within 2 years of event or statutory limit, whichever is shorter.

11. HighLevel / Sales Eddy Terms

11.1 HighLevel as Service Delivery Channel

Platinum Business Teams uses HighLevel (HL) / Sales Eddy for our business platform (Client communication, Document sharing, Automation/workflows, Campaign tracking, Reporting).

11.2 Client HighLevel Account

You own your data we hold in the platform. We can revoke access to it at anytime, with notice. All content/contacts/data are yours.

11.3 HighLevel Terms Apply

Your use is subject to HighLevel Terms (https://www.gohighlevel.com/terms) and Privacy (https://www.gohighlevel.com/privacy). Platinum Business Teams not responsible for HL features/outages/data handling.

11.4 Data Ownership in HighLevel

Platinum Business Teams retains: Documents, Contacts, Workflows, Automations, Reporting, Management access, Templates / systems we design.

11.5 HighLevel Account Security

You must:

·         protect login credentials

·         not share

·         notify us of suspicious activity

·         maintain secure passwords.

Platinum Business Teams won't share credentials.

11.6 Document Security in HighLevel

Documents are encrypted in transit, stored securely, accessible to authorised parties, password-protected if sensitive.

11.7 Communication via HighLevel

Messages are business correspondence.

Response time: 2 days.

Don't send highly sensitive data via message.

11.8 System Outages

Platinum Business Teams not responsible for HL outages, delays from HL issues, data loss from HL failures. Outages can be found on.

12. Termination of Agreement

12.1 Ending the Agreement

Either party may terminate anytime by providing written notice.

12.2 Termination Notice

Written termination notice to us must include:

·         Reason for intent to terminate

·         Effective termination date (minimum of 30 days from notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Services cease on the date we confirm with you.

Clients are responsible for accrued fees to us. Outstanding balance due within 7 days.

There are NO refund of prepaid fees, Materials provided to Client

Confidentiality continues (1 year).

12.4 Outstanding Fees

Client remains liable for all accrued fees through termination date.

A final Tax Invoice will be issued, where payment is due within 7 days of the original issue date or due date stated on the original invoice. Late penalties apply if payments are overdue.

12.5 Special Termination Terms

·         Minimum Term (e.g., 4-month ads): Termination before end = remaining balance owed. After minimum = 30-day notice, no penalty.

·         Monthly Retainers: 30 days notice, final month fees due even if mid-month, no refund of prepaid balance.

13. General Provision

13.1 Entire Agreement

This document plus signed Proposal = entire agreement. All prior discussions superseded.

13.2 Modification of Terms

Changes must be: In writing, Signed by authorised reps. Continued use = acceptance of modified terms.

13.3 Severability

If invalid provision found: Severed, remaining provisions continue, agreement interpreted to maximize effect.

13.4 Waiver

Failure to enforce ≠ waiver. Waiver requires writing and signature.

13.5 Force Majeure

Neither party liable for delays from - Natural disasters, War/terrorism, Government actions, Pandemic, Cyber attacks, Telecom failure.

Exception are Payment obligations are never excused.

13.6 Independent Contractor

Platinum Business Teams is independent contractor, not employee. We control work methods, work with other clients, hire subcontractors, not entitled to benefits. Client can't supervise daily work or require exclusive time.

13.7 Ownership of Work Product

·         Platinum Business Teams Retains - Frameworks, methodologies, systems, tools, templates, reusable workflows, IP prior to/independent of engagement

·         Client Receives: Non-exclusive license to customise deliverables for their own business use. They cannot resell (even if modified) or claim as own.

·         Rejected/Unpaid - Remains Platinum Business Teams property. Client have no rights.

13.8 Client Liability

Client indemnifies Platinum Business Teams from - False information claims, Legal violations, Infringement on Client materials, Defamation, Outcomes of Client implementation.

13.9 No Guarantee of Employment

Team members remain independent contractors. No employment relationship. No exclusive service commitment.

13.10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Australian law. Disputes heard in ACT courts only. Both parties consent to exclusive ACT jurisdiction.
